We hope you’re delighted with your order. We understand, however, that sometimes certain pieces just don’t work for you and you would like a refund. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns within 7 days from the date the item was delivered to you.

How to Return?

If you are not happy with your recent purchase, please do the following:

  1. Contact us through the website’s instant messenger or email within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. We will reply you with instructions on how to complete your return process within 1 business day.
  3. Please note the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility:

Both the cost of the return shipping and the state of the returned item(s) itself are your responsibility so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
If you received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it, we’ll refund the original order value plus the cost of your return shipping once the items have been inspected.

Specific Returns Conditions:

When making returns, please bear in mind that:
  • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.
  • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to refund the returned items. Please note that Shion7 will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return shipping charges.
  • For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned: earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hair ties, headbands, bodysuits, lingerie, socks, underwear, and other personal clothing.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the original order value to the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.


If there is a manufacturer’s defect or fault or incorrectly shipped packages, please email info@shion7.com to request exchange with invidence (take photos or videos) to proof your clams. All claims must be made within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Items must be returned in their original condition and full packaging. If the return is not due to any of these reasons, the buyer will need to return the goods on their own expense.


  • Shion7 will only accept returns to the address provided to you in your return confirmation email.
  • Shion7 will not accept any drop off returns. All returns must be mailed.
  • Only approved returns requests are accepted.
  • Shion7, at it’s sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements as outlined in the refund and return policy.
